IN ORDER TO QUALIFY for the challenge, our contestants had to meet the following:

	They must own and live in a home which was originally built before 1985 and located within the municipal boundaries of the cities of Edmonton, Calgary, Regina or Saskatoon and is less than 5000 square feet in size.
	Their home must be fully detached (a stand-alone structure), with no separate living suites contained within it, and it must be primarily heated by natural gas.
	There must be no separate workshop on their property, no in-ground swimming pool or hot tub, and you must have no renovations currently underway.

On May 12, 2006, Canada's Conservative government announced the cancellation of the EnerGuide for Houses program, whereby Canadians could receive rebates of up to $3300 on energy-conserving home renovations. As a result, we've been obliged to revise the eligibility for the Code Green At Home Challenge.

If you have previously entered, don't worry, you're still in our database and are already entered in the contest and will be eligible for all prizes!

To enter now, click on the link to go to the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Calculator, where you first need to CREATE and SAVE a profile and then calculate your emissions. Once you have completed this, there will be a link to take you back to the Code Green At Home application form.
