The Sun Ridge Group provides EnerGuide for Houses home energy evaluations throughout Saskatchewan. The average Saskatchewan home has an EnerGuide rating of 60 with the potential to improve to a 73 resulting in a Federal Grant of $827. The Province of Saskatchewan now matches the Federal Grant! To be eligible for the Federal and matching provincial grant homeowners must have an EnerGuide evaluation completed before they begin their retrofits. The homeowner will then receive a Homeowner's Report which will detail the recommended upgrades, and what each upgrade would save them every year on their energy bill, as well as the estimated Federal and Provincial grant they will receive.
